Dr. Robert Ripley was born and raised in California and completed all of his college training here as well. He attended Cal Poly, Pomona, for his Bachelor of Science degree, Loma Linda University for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and UCLA for his Pediatric Dental Certificate.
Dr. Ripley has practiced Pediatric Dentistry for over 25 years. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He belongs to numerous professional societies and associations. He served as the president of the local Butte Sierra District Dental Society in 1997.
Dr. Ripley has three children: Shanelle, Cameron and Skylar. He also has three grandchildren: Taylor, Parker and Rylee. He enjoys fishing, hunting and anything else that involves the outdoors. He has coached numerous youth sports and was a Cub Scout Leader for 3 years. He helped organized and assist in the nationally renowned Hershey’s Track Meet for the children of the Yuba-Sutter area. He also organized the Guinness Book of World Records record for the most people brushing their teeth.
In 2015 Dr. Ripley married his lovely wife Kathy. They love hiking in Tahoe and turtle watching in Kauai. They are involved in many community activities. Kathy loves taking photos for the local paper.
